Timeless Lessons from the NaturalWorld

In a world that is always rushing, plants remind us to slow down. They grow, adapt and thrive at their own place.if we stop to observe ,there is a lot we can learn from their quiet persistence. Likewise, Our growth isn't always visible but that doesn't mean it isn't happening.Be patient with yourself as you evolve. The next time you feel pressured by life's fast pace, remember the lessons from plants.Nature teaches us that there is beauty in patience and progress in stillness.

Threads of Heart

I read somewhere " Let your love for yourself be the tapestry that decorates your heart" I have been telling on this lately,we spend so much time looking for love and validation from outside the world that we sometimes forget the importance of cultivating within. For me ,self love isn't about being perfect ,it's about accepting all flaws of myself. It's like each day I add a new thread to this personal tapestry.i have learnt something the more I nurture myself the more I have to give to others. It all starts within.
